1. Content Usage Rights

• Once you agree to participate in our Call For Creators project and submit any images or videos (hereafter referred to as “Content”), you agree to grant us the rights to use the Content for marketing and brand promotion purposes. Content may be used in app previews, social posts, ads, event visuals, or internal presentations.
• If Content is selected for official use, we’ll provide a reward as a token of appreciation.

2. Rights & Limitations

• BeFriend reserves the right to edit, modify, subtitle, or remix content for promotional purposes.
• You retain the copyright to your original work, but may not revoke the granted usage rights once they have been approved.
• If you do not agree with these terms, please do not submit or send any content to us.

3. Brand & Community Guidelines

• Content must not contain hate speech, discrimination, violence, misleading info, or anything that violates community guidelines.
• BeFriend reserves the right to cancel collaborations or rewards in case of misuse or misconduct.

4. Authenticity and Copyright Responsibility

• You must own the rights to the content you submit or have obtained all necessary permissions.
• Submissions that belong to others without proper authorisation are strictly prohibited.
• BeFriend assumes no liability for any disputes arising from unauthorised or infringing content.
• If a submitted work is found to be infringing, the original submitter will bear full legal responsibility.

5. Infringement Reports

• If you are a rightful content owner and believe that your rights have been violated, content submitted to BeFriend, you have the right to report the infringement to us at team@befriend.cc.
• BeFriend will review the complaint and reserves the right to remove content, terminate any associated rewards, collaborations, and take further action if necessary.

6. Rewards & Contact

• Rewards (e.g., BeFriend X subscription, Gems) will be delivered after content review. If no contact info is provided, the reward will be forfeited.
